Satispay 決済

Satispay は、イタリアの企業が利用できるストアドバリューウォレットの決済手段です。顧客が決済手段として Satispay を選択すると、Stripe は顧客を Satispay のウェブサイトにリダイレクトして取引を完了します。支払いはすぐに受けることができます。

禁止/制限付き業種カテゴリー

In addition to the categories of goods or services sold and businesses restricted from using Stripe overall, the following categories are prohibited from using Satispay:

• Automobile Associations
• Betting/Casino Gambling
• Civic, Social, Fraternal Associations
• Direct Marketing - Catalog Merchant
• Financial Institutions
• Government Services (Not Elsewhere Classified)
• Other categories at the discretion of Satispay

不審請求の申請

Satispay has a claims process that allows transaction disputes. Customers can open disputes for cases of suspected fraud, double payments, or a difference between an order and a transaction amount.

Stripe holds back the disputed amount from your balance until Satispay resolves the dispute.

Stripe はお客様に、注文のフルフィルメントが行われたことを証明する有力な反証資料を Stripe ダッシュボードを使用してからアップロードするように依頼します。この反証資料には以下を含めることができます。

• 追跡 ID
• 配送日
• IP アドレスやメールの領収書など、無形商品の購入記録

• Record of refund (for purchase you’ve already refunded)

不審請求の申請をプログラムで処理するには、API を使用して不審請求の申請に対応します。

This information helps Satispay determine if a dispute is valid. Make sure the evidence you provide contains as much detail as possible from what the customer provided at checkout. You must submit the requested information within 12 calendar days. If Satispay resolves the dispute with you winning, we return the disputed amount to your Stripe balance. If Satispay rules in favor of the customer, the balance charge becomes permanent.

返金

Satispay は全額返金と一部返金に対応しています。返金期間は、購入後最大 180 日間です。Satispay の支払いの返金は非同期で行われ、完了するまでに最大 5 minutes かかります。Stripe は、refund.updated または refund.failed Webhook イベントを使用して、最終的な返金ステータスを通知します。返金が成功すると、Refund オブジェクトのステータスが succeeded に移行します。返金に失敗すると、Refund オブジェクトのステータスが failed に変わり、その金額が Stripe 残高に戻されます。その後、貴社にて顧客に返金する別の方法を手配する必要があります。

If you use Connect, you must consider the following before you enable and use Satispay.

Request Satispay capabilities for your connected accounts

Set the satispay_payments capability to active on your platform account, and on any connected accounts you want to enable Satispay for. You can also request more account capabilities.

マーチャントオブレコードと明細書表記

Connect 決済の支払いタイプでは、顧客のバンキングアプリケーションと確認メールに表示されるデフォルトの明細書表記や加盟店名が異なる場合があります。

サポートされている通貨

You can create Satispay payments in the currencies that map to your country. The default local currency for Satispay is eur and customers also see their purchase amount in eur.
