Connected account filters
Use filters to identify important groups of connected accounts.
The Connected accounts page includes a variety of filters to help you manage your accounts and identify accounts that require action.
Availability
Some filters are only available with certain features, and might not appear in your Dashboard.
Connected account filter definitions
Filterable metadata properties appear in the Metadata category at the end of the More filters list.

Account country | The account’s country. | Account |
Account status | The overall status of the account reflects whether primary capabilities are enabled, disabled, or paused soon. | Default |
Account type | The type of account created. | Account |

Capabilities | The capabilities that the platform has requested for the account. | Capability |
Capability status | Whether the account has any capabilities in the selected statuses. | Capability |
Card payments capability status | Whether the account’s card payments capability is active, paused, or paused soon. | Capability |
Connected on | The date the account was created or connected to the platform. | Account |
Dashboard access | The account’s access to a Stripe-hosted Dashboard. | Properties |

Impacted capability | Whether the selected capabilities are currently restricted or scheduled to be restricted soon. | Capability |

Last active | The last date on which the account experienced any of the following activity:

Negative balance liability | Whether the platform or Stripe is responsible for the account’s negative balances. | Properties |
Next due date | The next due date on the account, meaning the soonest date when a capability becomes inactive. | Requirements |
Onboarding status | Whether the account has completed onboarding. Specifically, this means the account application was submitted and details_submitted equals true . | Account |
Payment balance | The current balance on the account. The balance is calculated as an equivalent of any currencies they have processed with, displaying a single balance in the platform’s default currency. | Default |
Payouts capability status | Whether the account’s payouts capability is active, paused, or paused soon. | Capability |
Platform | Whether the account is associated with a particular platform. This filter is only available for organizations. | |

Rejected on | The date the account was rejected or is scheduled for rejection, including any transition-out period for appeals. | Risk management |
Rejected reason | The terms of service violation that led to Stripe rejecting the account. | Risk management |
Requirement collection | Whether the platform or Stripe is responsible for collecting updated requirements. | Properties |
Requirement status | The status of the requirement, such as currently due, future, or eventually due. | Requirements |
Requirement trigger | The next threshold where an eventually due requirement transitions to currently due. | Requirements |

Restricted on | The date the account became restricted. | Capability |
Risk | The Radar risk level for the account: not assessed, normal, elevated, or highest. This filter is only available with Radar for platforms. | Risk management |
Rule | Whether the account matches a particular Radar rule. This filter is only available with Radar for platforms. | Risk management |
Rule currently matched | Whether the account matches any Radar rules. This filter is only available with Radar for platforms. | Risk management |

Treasury capability status | Whether the account’s treasury capability is active, paused, or paused soon. | Capability |
Volume | The total volume the account has processed, displayed in the platform’s default currency. It includes the converted volume of amounts processed in other currencies. Connected accounts with access to the full Stripe Dashboard show “Unavailable” in this column, unless they have platform controls enabled. Filtering by volume always excludes accounts with unavailable volume data. To identify them, filter the list by platform controls. | Default |
