# View all accounts Learn about the Connect accounts page and how to filter the connected accounts list view. The [Connect accounts page](https://dashboard.stripe.com/connect/accounts) displays a list of your connected accounts. The **All accounts** tab includes all of your accounts, while the other tabs each include accounts that have a particular status. Each tab selector displays the total number of accounts with that status. You can further refine the current list by applying filters, and can sort it by clicking any column heading that has a sort icon (↕). You can add or remove columns from the current tab by clicking **Edit columns**. A tab’s column selections persist if you return after selecting another tab or navigating away from the page. If you use [Organizations](https://docs.stripe.com/get-started/account/orgs.md), the list includes accounts connected to all of your platforms, and you can filter it by platform. However, you can only create a connected account at the platform level, not within the organization. > #### Data freshness > > Most connected account data is up to date within 1 minute. However, transaction-related information, such as account balances, can take up to half a day to appear. ## Status tabs and workflows The interactive table below describes each tab and its default columns. #### All This tab is displayed by default, and provides a view of all your connected accounts. | Column | Description | | -------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Account | The name of the account. | | Account status | The [account status](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/dashboard.md#status-badges). | | Country | The account’s country. | | Connected on | The date on which the account first connected to your platform. | | Payment balance (currency) | The total of the account’s pending and available Stripe balances, converted to your platform’s default currency. | | Volume (currency) | The total gross volume on the account, converted to your platform’s default currency. This value only appears for connected accounts that your platform controls. | #### Restricted This tab provides a view of your connected accounts that have one or more restricted capabilities. | Column | Description | | -------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Account | The name of the account. | | Account status | The [account status](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/dashboard.md#status-badges), which is always (Restricted). You can’t filter this tab on different statuses. | | Restricted on | The date on which the account became restricted. | | Impacted capability | A list of the account’s restricted capabilities. | | Requirements | A list of the account’s open [requirements](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/required-verification-information.md) that must be addressed to remove its restrictions. | | Payment balance (currency) | The total of the account’s pending and available Stripe balances, converted to your platform’s default currency. | | Volume (currency) | The total gross volume on the account, converted to your platform’s default currency. This value only appears for connected accounts that your platform controls. | #### Restricted soon This tab provides a view of your connected accounts that are at risk of having one or more capabilities restricted. | Column | Description | | -------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Account | The name of the account. | | Account status | The [account status](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/dashboard.md#status-badges), which is always (Restricted soon). You can’t filter this tab on different statuses. | | Next due date | The earliest known date on which the account might become restricted. If a requirement is based on a threshold other than the date, such as reaching a certain payments volume, it has no due date. | | Impacted capability | A list of the account’s capabilities that are at risk of becoming restricted. | | Requirements | A list of the account’s open [requirements](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/required-verification-information.md) that must be addressed to prevent expected restrictions. | | Payment balance (currency) | The total of the account’s pending and available Stripe balances, converted to your platform’s default currency. | | Volume (currency) | The total gross volume on the account, converted to your platform’s default currency. This value only appears for connected accounts that your platform controls. | #### In review This tab provides a view of your connected accounts that Stripe is reviewing. Some examples of reviews include verifying provided information and checking for fraudulent or prohibited activity. Review times can vary, but typically last 24-48 hours. | Column | Description | | -------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | Account | The name of the account. | | Account status | The [account status](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/dashboard.md#status-badges), which is always (In review). You can’t filter this tab on different statuses. | | Requirements | A list of the account’s open [requirements](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/required-verification-information.md), which can include requirements that aren’t in review. | | Impacted capability | A list of the account’s capabilities that depend on the requirements under review. | | Payment balance (currency) | The total of the account’s pending and available Stripe balances, converted to your platform’s default currency. | | Volume (currency) | The total gross volume on the account, converted to your platform’s default currency. This value only appears for connected accounts that your platform controls. | #### Rejected This tab provides a view of your connected accounts that either you or Stripe has rejected. | Column | Description | | -------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Account | The name of the account. | | Account status | The [account status](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/dashboard.md#status-badges), which is always (Rejected). You can’t filter this tab on different statuses. | | Rejected by | The entity that rejected the account. Either **Stripe** or your platform name. | | Rejected on | The date on which the account was rejected. | | Rejected reason | The reason for the rejection, if recorded. | | Payment balance (currency) | The total of the account’s pending and available Stripe balances, converted to your platform’s default currency. | | Volume (currency) | The total gross volume on the account, converted to your platform’s default currency. This value only appears for connected accounts that your platform controls. | #### Enabled This tab provides a view of your connected accounts that have no current or expected capability restrictions. It can include accounts with eventually due requirements. If you use incremental onboarding, you can use this tab to identify them. | Column | Description | | -------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Account | The name of the account. | | Account status | The [account status](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/dashboard.md#status-badges), which is always (Enabled). You can’t filter this tab on different statuses. | | Payment balance (currency) | The total of the account’s pending and available Stripe balances, converted to your platform’s default currency. | | Volume (currency) | The total gross volume on the account, converted to your platform’s default currency. This value only appears for connected accounts that your platform controls. | | Requirements | A list of the account’s [requirements](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/required-verification-information.md) that are eventually due, if any. | | Requirement status | If any requirements are listed, this value is **Eventually due**. Otherwise, it’s null. | #### Accounts to review This tab provides a view of your connected accounts that have one or more restricted capabilities, or that are at risk of having one or more capabilities restricted. It combines the accounts listed in the **Restricted** and **Restricted soon** tabs. | Column | Description | | ------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Account | The name of the account. | | Account status | The [account status](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/dashboard.md#status-badges), which can be (Restricted) or (Restricted soon). You can’t filter this tab on different statuses. | | Next due date | The earliest known date on which further restrictions might apply to the account. If a requirement is based on a threshold other than the date, such as reaching a certain payments volume, it has no due date. | | Impacted capability | A list of the account’s capabilities that are restricted or at risk of becoming restricted. | | Volume (currency) | The total gross volume on the account, converted to your platform’s default currency. This value only appears for connected accounts that your platform controls. | | Country | The account’s country. | | Connected on | The date on which the account first connected to your platform. | | Last active | The most recent date on which the account conducted any activity, such as accepting a payment or logging into its Dashboard. | #### Radar rule matches This tab provides a view of your connected accounts that match one or more [Radar](https://docs.stripe.com/radar/radar-for-platforms.md) rules. It appears only if your platform uses Radar. | Column | Description | | -------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Account | The name of the account. | | Account status | The [account status](https://docs.stripe.com/connect/dashboard.md#status-badges). | | Risk | The account’s risk level, as assessed by Radar. It can be **Normal**, **Elevated**, **Highest**, or **Not assessed**. | | Rule currently matched on | The date on which the account first matched a rule that it currently matches. | | Rule | A list of rules that the account currently matches. If it matches multiple rules, this column shows one rule followed by **+ x more**. To see the full list, hover over the displayed rule. | | Payment balance (currency) | The total of the account’s pending and available Stripe balances, converted to your platform’s default currency. | | Volume (currency) | The total gross volume on the account, converted to your platform’s default currency. This value only appears for connected accounts that your platform controls. |
