Sunbit 決済非公開プレビュー

Sunbit は、アメリカで利用できる後払いの決済手段で、顧客は支払いに利用する月々の分割払いの回数を柔軟に選択できます。顧客が決済手段として Sunbit を選択すると、Stripe は顧客を Sunbit のウェブサイトにリダイレクトし、顧客はそこで 3 カ月、6 カ月、または 12 カ月の柔軟な支払いプランを選択して、購入を完了することができます。貴社への支払いは前払いです。Sunbit は、顧客の支払いと回収を処理します。

The maximum charge limit is 19,999.99 USD.

禁止/制限付き業種カテゴリー

In addition to the categories of goods or services sold and businesses restricted from using Stripe overall, the following categories are prohibited from using Sunbit:

• Agricultural Cooperative
• Dry Cleaners
• Family Clothing Stores
• Intra-Company Purchases
• Lumber, Building Materials Stores
• Nursing/Personal Care
• Parking Lots, Garages
• Stamp and Coin Stores
• Used Merchandise and Secondhand Stores
• Other categories at the discretion of Sunbit

追加要件

不審請求の申請

Sunbit has a claims process that allows transaction disputes. Customers can open disputes for cases of suspected fraud, double payments, or a difference between an order and a transaction amount.

顧客が不審請求の申請を開始すると、 Stripeは以下を使用してお客様に通知します。

Stripe holds back the disputed amount from your balance until Sunbit resolves the dispute.

Stripe はお客様に、注文のフルフィルメントが行われたことを証明する有力な反証資料を Stripe ダッシュボードを使用してからアップロードするように依頼します。この反証資料には以下を含めることができます。

• 追跡 ID
• 配送日
• IP アドレスやメールの領収書など、無形商品の購入記録

• Record of refund (for purchase you’ve already refunded)

不審請求の申請をプログラムで処理するには、API を使用して不審請求の申請に対応します。

This information helps Sunbit determine if a dispute is valid. Make sure the evidence you provide contains as much detail as possible from what the customer provided at checkout. You must submit the requested information within 12 calendar days. If Sunbit resolves the dispute with you winning, we return the disputed amount to your Stripe balance. If Sunbit rules in favor of the customer, the balance charge becomes permanent.

返金

Sunbit は全額返金と一部返金に対応しています。返金期間は、購入後最大 180 日間です。Sunbit の支払いの返金は非同期で行われ、完了するまでに最大 5 minutes かかります。Stripe は、refund.updated または refund.failed Webhook イベントを使用して、最終的な返金ステータスを通知します。返金が成功すると、Refund オブジェクトのステータスが succeeded に移行します。返金に失敗すると、Refund オブジェクトのステータスが failed に変わり、その金額が Stripe 残高に戻されます。その後、貴社にて顧客に返金する別の方法を手配する必要があります。

Request Sunbit capabilities for your connected accounts

Set the sunbit_payments capability to active on your platform account, and on any connected accounts you want to enable Sunbit for. You can also request more account capabilities.

金融債務の責任者と明細書表記

Connect 決済の支払いタイプでは、顧客のバンキングアプリケーションと確認メールに表示されるデフォルトの明細書表記や加盟店名が異なる場合があります。

You can create Sunbit payments in the currencies that map to your country. The default local currency for Sunbit is usd and customers also see their purchase amount in usd.
