Connected account filters
Use filters to identify important groups of connected accounts.
The Connected accounts page filters help you, the platform, identify the group of connected accounts that are most relevant to your business. You can find the right set of filters to help with risk management, account remediation, and high impact accounts.
Connected account filter definitions
Filter | Description |
---|---|
Account status | The overall status of the account reflects whether primary capabilities are enabled, disabled, or paused soon. |
Account type | The type of account created. |
Business type | The account’s business type. |
Connected date | The date the account was created or connected to the platform. |
Country | The account’s country. |
Last activity | The date the account last had any activity, such as money movement or logging in. |
Support case | For Express and Standard accounts, use this filter to determine if the account has an open support case with Stripe. |
Impacted capability | The capability that’s currently restricted or is scheduled to be restricted soon. |
Restricted date | The date the account became restricted. |
Balance | The current balance on the account. The balance is calculated as an equivalent of any currencies they have processed with, displaying a single balance in the platform’s default currency. |
Volume | The total volume the account has processed. This number is an equivalent based on all currencies the account has processed in, displaying an equivalent in the platform’s default currency. |
Next due date | The next due date on the account meaning when the first capability will become inactive. |
Requirement | Any risk or compliance requirement, such as a Business website, Business Tax ID, or SSN. |
Requirement status | The status of the requirement. For example, currently due, future, or eventually due. |
Fraud risk | The Stripe detected account risk: Not Assessed, Normal, Elevated, Highest. |
Rejected date | The date the account was rejected or is scheduled for rejection, including any transition-out period for appeals. |
Rejected reason | The terms of service violation that led to Stripe rejecting the account. |
Onboarding status | Indicates whether the account has completed onboarding. Specifically, this means the account application was submitted and details_submitted equals true . |
Capability | All capabilities requested by the platform for any connected accounts. |
Capability status | The status of the capability. For example, active, paused soon, or inactive. |
Requirement trigger | The threshold where an eventually due requirement transitions to currently_ . |
Active Lien | Whether the account has an active lien on it. |
Rejected by | Whether Stripe or the platform rejected the account. |
Platform | Available for Organisation users only. This allows the user to filter accounts by the platform. |
