資金管理商品の住所確認

Issuing、Treasury、Opal、Corporate Card で Stripe の検証要件を満たす住所情報を提出する方法をご紹介します。

Effective July 1, 2025, all current and future Issuing, Treasury, Opal and Corporate Card accounts must meet enhanced validation for business and account representative addresses. These controls detect and prevent addresses associated with the use of registered agents, physical mailbox services, and virtual address services.

Corporate Card は Opal と連携しています。Opal は Stripe の資金管理アカウントであり、非公開プレビュー版が現在提供されています。企業はアカウントを使用して、Stripe での資金保管、ACH と電信送金による送受金 (アメリカのみ)、受取人情報の保存と請求書支払いのための再利用、Opal 残高への支払いを行うことができます。

確認の対象となる住所の種類

Registered agent addresses: Designated locations where a third party receives legal documents and government notices on behalf of a business. Many companies use registered agent services, especially when operating in states where they don’t have a physical presence.
Commercial Mail Receiving Agency addresses: Private businesses that provide mailbox rental and mail forwarding services, such as UPS Stores, FedEx Office locations, or virtual mail services.

実在住所の要件

金融パートナーの要件に準拠するために、Stripe はすべてのアカウントにアメリカの物理的な拠点があることを確認します。これにより、登録代理人、私書箱サービス、仮想アドレスサービスの住所は、Stripe では許可されなくなくなりました。これらの要件は、次の両方に適用されます。

法人の住所 (ビジネスタイプを問わない)。
アカウント代表者の住所。

住所確認

Issuing、Treasury、Opal、Corporate Card では、さまざまな方法で住所確認が実施されます。

既存の確認

Stripe は以下の住所をすでに確認し、適用しています。

有効で配送可能なアメリカの住所。
私書箱、Highway Contract Boxes (遠隔地用中継箱)、私設私書箱は使用できません。

新しい確認

Stripe は、住所の確認要件を 2 つ新たに追加します。

商業郵便受取業者 (CMRA) の住所ではない
登録代理人の住所ではない

これらの新しい確認では、技術的には有効であるが、実際の物理的なビジネス拠点を表していない住所に焦点を当てています。

住所の確認プロセス

2025 年 7 月 1 日以降、Issuing、Treasury、Opal、Corporate Card に登録する新しい加盟店は、すべての検証基準を満たす適切な住所を提供する必要があります。有効な実在住所をご提供いただくまで、Stripe でのアカウント登録はブロックされます。

既存の加盟店

登録代理人または CMRA の住所と Stripe に認識され、Issuing、Treasury、Opal、Corporate Card を使用している既存の加盟店の場合:

住所確認の問題に関する通知が届きました。
要件を満たすために 30 日の猶予期間が与えられます。

この期間内に住所を更新しなかった場合、有効な住所が入力されるまで、Stripe はアカウントのケイパビリティを無効にします。

住所確認を導入する

住所の確認に失敗した場合、Stripe は次のように通知します。

未完了の要件の概要を記載したメールが Stripe から届きます。
A user task and banner appear in your Dashboard with instructions to update the address or submit supporting documents.
- 連結アカウントについては、Stripe の Connect アカウントページに未完了の要件がリストされます。
Webhook を導入している場合は、requirements オブジェクトに詳細が記載された account.updated Webhook イベントを受信します。

以下は、アドレスにフラグが立てられた場合に Accounts API または account.updated Webhook イベントに表示される要件セクションの例です。

これを修正するには、ビジネスの住所を、事業を行っている実際の場所に更新してください。CMRA の住所は使用できず、異議申し立てのプロセスはありません。

To remediate, update your address to a physical location where you operate.

実装のテスト

テスト環境でさまざまなシナリオを開始するには、Accounts API または Person API の住所 line1 フィールドで以下の値を使用します。
