Global PayoutsPublic preview
Send payouts to customers, affiliates, contractors, or other third parties.
Global Payouts allows you to send funds directly to any third party in their local currency.
Fund your account with external funds or your Stripe payments balance. Create recipients using the Stripe API or our prebuilt information collection forms. Send money programmatically to more than 50 countries with a variety of methods.
Features
- Securely send money directly to third parties with your choice of methods and speed. Recipients don’t need to create an account with Stripe. Verify bank account details with built-in integrations using Financial Connections. Add another layer of security with one-time password verifications for recipients.
- Integrate payouts with or without code. Get started with no-code payouts and use co-branded, Stripe-hosted forms to start collecting payout information and communicating with recipients. For complete customization, use the Stripe API to build your own UIs. Use the Stripe Dashboard to pull reports, manage team access, and make one-off corrections.
- Manage global payouts. Send money in local currencies and manage multi-currency funding. Balances held in the US are eligible for FDIC insurance.

Any type of business can use Global Payouts. This includes marketplaces that have decoupled payments and payouts or need a standalone payouts solution. It also includes businesses that have the necessary licenses to be in the flow of funds (for example, a Money Transmission License), and any business that doesn’t need to maintain a balance on Stripe to keep track of payouts.
If you need to hold segregated funds on behalf of your users or need licensing, consider Stripe Connect. Learn more about the differences between Global Payouts and Connect.
