Visa コンプライアンスに関する不審請求の申し立ては、取引が Visa のネットワークル規則に準拠していないとカード発行会社が判断した場合に発生します。これらの申し立てが当事者間で解決できない場合、Visa は手数料で解決します。

This release adds Visa compliance disputes to the Stripe API. You can now determine if it’s a compliance dispute with the payment_method_details.card.case_type parameter. With this, the enhanced_eligibility_types parameter now contains the visa_compliance value.

Visa コンプライアンスに関する不審請求に異議を申し立てる場合、Stripe は標準の不審請求関連手数料に加えて、ネットワークコストをカバーするための手数料を徴収します。不審請求の申し立てでお客様の主張が認められた場合、この手数料は返金されます。

影響

To contest a Visa compliance dispute, you must acknowledge the network fee by setting the evidence.enhanced_evidence.visa_compliance.fee_acknowledged parameter on the Dispute to true when submitting dispute evidence.

After you acknowledge the fee, the evidence_details.enhanced_eligibility.visa_compliance.status value changes to fee_acknowledged.
