Removes the ability to update Naver Pay parameters on a PaymentMethod object. You can only set them when first creating a PaymentMethod.

この変更により、PaymentMethod の更新時に Naver Pay のパラメーターを更新できなくなります。
効果
POST /v1/payment_ を使用して Naver Pay パラメータを更新できなくなりました。PaymentMethod の作成時のみ設定できます。
