If you have a usage-based billing metered event through Stripe Billing, it requires no further setup. Stripe Revenue Recognition automatically recognizes this revenue for you.

たとえば、100 ユニットのサブスクリプションで 1 ユニットあたり 1 USD の価格の顧客がいるとします。これらのユニットは、次のように複数の日と月にわたって消費されます。

• 2025-03-02、20 ユニット
• 2025-03-30、25 ユニット
• 2025-04-01、15ユニット
• 2025-04-20、25 ユニット
• 2025-04-28、15 ユニット

この例では、顧客 は3 月に合計 45 ユニット、4 月に 55 ユニットを使用し、それらに対する請求はありませんでした。この収益認識の元帳の仕訳は次のようになります。
