Troubleshoot your installation
Learn how to troubleshoot the Stripe Connector for Oracle Opera installation.
If your installation of the Stripe Connector for Oracle Opera fails, you must uninstall the connector, remove the cached data, and then reinstall the connector.
- Navigate to Windows Program Management > Apps > Installed apps.
- Uninstall the Stripe Oracle Opera app.
- Navigate to the installation folder. For example,
C:\Program Files (x86)\Stripe\OpiMiddleware
. - Delete the
data
folder. - Re-install the connector.
