Use the Connect overview page in your Dashboard to understand your Connect payments business and identify opportunities for growth.

The Connect overview page includes five sections:

• Volume
• Performance
• アカウント成長
• タスク
• ビジネス機会

Volume

This section of the page displays top-level metrics about the volume of funds processed through Connect. It includes the following data:

決済総額: プラットフォームで連結アカウントによって処理された決済の総額。

Performance

This section of the page displays high-level financial performance metrics that you can use to better understand the health of your payments business.

This data is calculated monthly, and data for the most recent month appears 7 days after the end of the month. For example, data from April appears on May 7.

The Performance section includes the following data:

• 収益: 連結アカウントから回収した手数料の合計から手数料の返金額、引き落としおよび送金の差戻し額を差し引いた金額。この手数料には、Stripe 手数料、ネットワーク手数料、決済手数料、Stripe プロダクトの手数料が含まれます。

  collected fees - refunded fees - reversed account debits - reversed transfers from accounts

• マージン: 連結アカウントから回収した手数料の合計から Stripe 手数料とネットワーク手数料を差し引いた金額。この手数料には、決済手数料や Stripe プロダクトの手数料などが含まれます。

  revenue - Stripe fees - network fees

• 決済テイクレート: 決済総額に対する利益率 (ベーシスポイント (bps) 表示)。これには決済からの利益のみが含まれ、他の Stripe プロダクトからの利益は含まれません。

  (payment margin / gross payment volume) * 10,000

サポートされている支払い

Performance supports the following charge types:

• プラットフォームがプラットフォーム手数料を徴収するダイレクト支払い
• プラットフォームが on_behalf_of を指定して (または指定せずに) プラットフォーム手数料を徴収するデスティネーション支払い

Performance doesn’t support the following charge types:

• 連結アカウントが Stripe 手数料を負担するダイレクト支払い
• プラットフォームでのダイレクト支払い (同一アカウントで実行される SaaS サブスクリプションなど)
• 支払いと送金別方式
• 連結アカウントによって開始されたダイレクト支払い
• プラットフォームから連結解除されたアカウントへのダイレクト支払い

アカウント成長

This section of the page displays a graph of the number of connected accounts added to your platform over time. It also shows your top accounts by payments, revenue, and margin, as well as accounts with the largest changes in those metrics.

This data is calculated monthly, and data for the most recent month appears 7 days after the end of the month. For example, data from April appears on May 7.

タスク

このページのタスクセクションには、実行する必要があるプラットフォームタスクを表すカードが表示されます。タスクは、プラットフォームがサポートする連結アカウントのタイプに応じて異なります。各カードには、そのタスクの実行方法を説明する詳細ページへのリンクがあります。

対応が必要な未完了のタスクがない場合、タスクセクションは表示されません。

ビジネス機会

ページ内のこのセクションには、Stripe によって特定された決済ビジネスの機会 (連結アカウントに新しい Stripe プロダクトを導入するタイミングなど) が表示されます。たとえば、お客様のプラットフォームが連結アカウントに Instant Payouts を提供するのに適したプラットフォームと見なされた場合、その旨が表示されます。
