# 国別の受付可能な確認書類

本人、住所、および法人の確認書類として Stripe が受け付けている書類をご確認ください。

本人、住所、および法人の確認書類として Stripe が受け付ける書類を対応国別にまとめたリストをご確認ください。

## 共通の要件

- 本人確認書類 (パスポートや運転免許証が含まれますが、これらに限定されません) は、原本の書類から 1 手順だけで作成したものにする必要があります。
  - 書類のコピーおよびスキャンは PDF 形式で、原本の書類から直接取得されたものでなければなりません。加工、変換、他のファイルへの埋め込みはできません。
  - 紙媒体の書類の写真は JPEG 形式または PNG 形式で、未編集、無加工の写真でなければなりません。
  - スクリーンショットは受け付けられません
- 書類の裏面に必須情報が記載されており、API を使用してこの書類を提出する場合には、`document_back` パラメーターを使用して裏面の画像を含めてください。
- 写真付き身分証明書の写真およびスキャン画像はカラーであること
- 紙の書類の写真はカラーであること。ただし紙の書類のスキャン画像 (写真付き身分証明書ではないもの) は白黒でも可
- 画像は低品質であってはなりません。
- 期限切れではない本人確認書類および法人確認書類を提出する必要があります。
- 書類は判読可能で、有効なアップロードファイル形式である必要があります。
- 書類をトリミングすること、および重要な情報が掲載されたページを省略することはできません。また、すべての枠線が写っているようにする必要があります。
- 居住国とアカウントの国が異なる場合、本人確認のためにパスポートが必要です。

## 本ページの使用方法

Stripe から確認リクエストを受け取った場合は、次の手順に従います。

1. 下のドロップダウンから国を選択してください
1. 提出が必要な書類の種類を選択してください。
   - **身分証明書**: パスポート、運転免許証、または政府発行の身分証明書
   - **住所に関する書類**: 公共料金請求書、銀行明細書、またはその他の住所証明書
   - **会社または法人の書類**: 会社登録、税務書類、または会社設立書類
   - **銀行口座の書類**: 銀行明細書または口座の確認
   - **登録ステータス**: 非営利または慈善団体の登録書類
   - **関係書類**: 所有権または取締役であることを証明する書類

## 越境取引における確認要件

所在国で住所確認書類がまったく登録されていない場合、または[書類の一覧](https://docs.stripe.com/acceptable-verification-documents.md?country=US&document-type=address)にない場合、以下の書類を受け付けます。

- 公共料金の請求書 (過去 6 カ月以内に発行されたもの)
- 銀行明細書 (過去 6 カ月以内に発行されたもの)

ただし、以下の例外にご注意ください。

- アメリカ人がアメリカ国外のアカウントに追加される場合、アメリカの運転免許証は住所を証明する書類としてご利用いただけます。
- クレジットカード明細書は、中国に拠点を置くオーナーおよび取締役が住所を証明する書類としてご利用いただけます。
- シンガポールを拠点とする Stripe アカウントの場合、住所を証明する書類として CN ID カードをご利用いただけます。
- トルコ居住者証明書は、トルコ在住のアカウント代表者が受付可能な住所確認フォームです。

- 設定と一致する、現地の税務当局発行の納税者番号 (カナダを除く)
- 特に指定がない限り、設定に登録されている会社住所と一致します。

- すべての書類は、過去 12 カ月以内に発行または公証人によって認証されたものである必要があります。

- Stripe は、ビジネスが税務上の目的で EIN と SSN のどちらを使用しているかに応じて、ビジネスの確認方法が異なります。
- **ビジネスに EIN がある場合**(複数メンバーの LLC、非公開 / 公開パートナーシップ、非公開 / 公開法人、非法人社団、非営利団体、政府機関): IRS Letter 147C、IRS SS-4 Confirmation Letter、IRS Fax Transmission Letter、または EIN Assistance Letter などの書類が受理されます。
- **SSN を使用する場合**(個人、個人事業主、社員が 1 名の LLC): Stripe は、DBA(商号)やビジネス名ではなく、所有者として記載されている個人を確認します。
- 書類上のビジネス名は、IRS に登録されている法人名 (商号) と正確に一致している必要があります。
- SS-4 申請書は SS-4 Confirmation Letter とは異なります。確認書は、SS-4 申請書が正常に提出された後に IRS から送信されます。
- 最新の Form W-9 または確定申告書を確認して、ビジネスに EIN と SSN のどちらを使用しているかを判断します。

法人タイプが記載されていない場合、上記の書類を提出できないか、書類が拒否され理由が不明な場合は、[Stripe サポートに問い合わせ](https://support.stripe.com/contact)て、受け入れ可能な代替手段を確認してください。

## 書類が却下された理由

Stripe が書類を拒否した場合、通常は次のいずれかの理由が考えられます。

- **書類の有効期限が切れています**: 本人確認書類と法人書類は、有効期限が切れていない最新のものでなければなりません。
- **オリジナルではなくスクリーンショット**: スクリーンショットではなく、オリジナルのスキャン (PDF) または写真 (JPEG/PNG) が必要です。
- **名前の不一致**: 書類上の名前が Stripe アカウント設定の名前と正確に一致している必要があります。
- **書類が切り取られているか、不完全です**: すべての枠線が表示され、ページが欠けていない必要があります。
- **画質が悪い**: 書類は鮮明で判読可能で、ピントが合っている必要があります。
- **ファイル形式が正しくありません**: 書類のコピーは PDF である必要があります。写真は JPEG または PNG である必要があります。
- **裏面が欠けている**: 書類が両面 (一部の身分証明書など) の場合、両面を含める必要があります。
- **白黒の写真付き身分証明書**: 写真付き身分証明書はカラーで提出してください

書類が却下された場合:

1. Dashboard で拒否理由を確認します。
1. 書類が上記のすべての要件を満たしていることを確認してください。
1. Dashboard から修正バージョンを再アップロードします。

それでも問題が解決しない場合は、[Stripe サポート](https://support.stripe.com/contact)に連絡して書類の確認についてサポートを依頼してください。

## 必要な書類を特定します

確認リクエストと、アカウントでまだ提出が必要な情報を確認するには、ダッシュボードの [Account verifications](https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/verifications) に移動します。

法人タイプがリストにない場合、書類が却下された場合、またはアップロードすべき書類が不明な場合は、[Stripe サポート](https://support.stripe.com/contact)に連絡して、組織タイプと利用可能な書類を説明してください。

## 確認書類のアップロード

認証書類は機密性が高いため、Stripe ではダッシュボードからアップロードされた書類のみ受け付けます。書類はメールで送信しないでください。

書類をアップロードするには:

1. [Stripe ダッシュボード](https://dashboard.stripe.com) にアクセスします。

1. 確認リクエストバナーまたは提出が必要なドキュメントタイプを探します。
