Supported calculations for France
In France, certain territories fall outside the standard tax system and might have different tax rules. Stripe doesn’t calculate tax for customers in the following regions, even if you have a French tax registration. This applies to the following locations:
- French Guyana
- French Polynesia
- Guadalupe
- Martinique
- Mayotte
- New Caledonia
- Reunion
- Saint Barthélemy
- Saint Martin
- Saint Pierre and Miquelon
- Wallis and Futuna
For Corsica, Stripe Tax calculates French VAT although different local rules might apply.
