# Import external data into Stripe

Automatically import and map external data from other sources with no-code connectors.

Use the [Stripe Dashboard](https://dashboard.stripe.com/data-management) to automatically upload data from other sources into Stripe. Under **Data Management**, you can:

- Connect your Apple App Store data to import subscriber data.
- View the processing status of your Import Sets.
- Get detailed information on file processing after completion.
- Download and resolve Import Set errors.

## Supported use cases 

We support the following use cases:

- Importing a Apple App Store subscriber report to power [Revenue Recognition reports](https://dashboard.stripe.com/revenue-recognition).

- Importing a Google Play report to power Revenue Recognition reports.

- Importing a JSON file of bulk metered events to power [usage based billing](https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/usage-based.md).

- Manually uploading a file as a one-time import.

- [Third-party transaction data imports](https://docs.stripe.com/tax/imports.md) to [Stripe Tax](https://docs.stripe.com/tax.md) for comprehensive tax reporting.

- (Private preview) Data Management API or set up of recurring imports with a data connector, such as Amazon S3.
