In addition to the categories of goods or services sold and businesses restricted from using Stripe overall, the following categories are prohibited from using Mondu:

• Bowling Alleys
• Camera and Photographic Supply Stores
• Clothing Rental
• Intra-Company Purchases
• Legal Services, Attorneys
• Motorcycle Shops, Dealers
• Non-FI, Money Orders
• Recreational Vehicle Rentals
• TUI Travel - Germany
• Other categories at the discretion of Mondu

不審請求の申請

Mondu has a claims process that allows transaction disputes. Customers can open disputes for cases of suspected fraud, double payments, or a difference between an order and a transaction amount.

Stripe holds back the disputed amount from your balance until Mondu resolves the dispute.

• 配送日

不審請求の申請をプログラムで処理するには、API を使用して不審請求の申請に対応します。

This information helps Mondu determine if a dispute is valid. Make sure the evidence you provide contains as much detail as possible from what the customer provided at checkout. You must submit the requested information within 12 calendar days. If Mondu resolves the dispute with you winning, we return the disputed amount to your Stripe balance. If Mondu rules in favor of the customer, the balance charge becomes permanent.

返金

Mondu は全額返金と一部返金に対応しています。返金期間は、購入後最大 180 日間です。Mondu の支払いの返金は非同期で行われ、完了するまでに最大 5 minutes かかります。Stripe は、refund.updated または refund.failed Webhook イベントを使用して、最終的な返金ステータスを通知します。返金が成功すると、Refund オブジェクトのステータスが succeeded に移行します。返金に失敗すると、Refund オブジェクトのステータスが failed に変わり、その金額が Stripe 残高に戻されます。その後、貴社にて顧客に返金する別の方法を手配する必要があります。

Request Mondu capabilities for your connected accounts

Set the mondu_payments capability to active on your platform account, and on any connected accounts you want to enable Mondu for. You can also request more account capabilities.

Connect 決済の支払いタイプでは、顧客のバンキングアプリケーションと確認メールに表示されるデフォルトの明細書表記や加盟店名が異なる場合があります。

You can create Mondu payments in the currencies that map to your country. The default local currency for Mondu is eur and customers also see their purchase amount in eur.
