# Konbini 支付

了解如何用 Konbini 在便利店收款。

Konbini 允许日本的客户用现金到便利店支付账单和网上购物。

为完成交易，客户会收到特定便利店的付款码和确认编号。客户随后携带该信息前往便利店进行现金付款。您将即时收到付款确认，资金将在 4 个工作日后可用于*提现* (A payout is the transfer of funds to an external account, usually a bank account, in the form of a deposit)。

客户可以在日本各地的 FamilyMart、Lawson、Ministop 和 Seicomart 商店付款。

## 争议

Konbini 付款存在欺诈或无法识别付款的风险较低，因为客户必须亲自在便利店提供现金付款。通常，客户不能对 Konbini 付款提出争议。但是，在某些情况下，可能会发生类似于（便利店的）争议的违规行为（例如，由于处理不当）。在这些情况下，Stripe 需要与您联系，以了解后续步骤。

## 退款

Konbini 付款可通过[管理平台](https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments)或 [API](https://docs.stripe.com/api.md#create_refund) 退款。要完成退款，您的客户必须提供接收退款的账户信息。Stripe 会通过在确认 PaymentIntent 时提供的邮件地址自动联系客户，并向他们请求这一信息，然后自动处理退款。

## Billing

用 [Stripe Billing](https://stripe.com/billing) 创建 Konbini 支持的*订阅* (A Subscription represents the product details associated with the plan that your customer subscribes to. Allows you to charge the customer on a recurring basis)和*账单* (Invoices are statements of amounts owed by a customer. They track the status of payments from draft through paid or otherwise finalized. Subscriptions automatically generate invoices, or you can manually create a one-off invoice)。

由于 Konbini 支付需要线下进行，因此不支持[自动收款](https://docs.stripe.com/invoicing/automatic-charging.md)的账单。

账单和订阅需要用 `send_invoice` 的 [collection_method](https://docs.stripe.com/api/invoices/object.md#invoice_object-collection_method) 进行配置。

## 禁止的业务类别

在[限制使用 Stripe 的业务](https://stripe.com/restricted-businesses)类别中，尤其禁止以下类别在以下地区使用 Konbini。

- 经营时间少于 3 年的独资经营者
- 真实货币交易 (RMT)，即出售虚拟（游戏内）角色、货币等
- 博彩
- 销售信息，尤其是：
  - 赚钱方案
  - 投资相关信息
  - 赛马、弹球盘、老虎机等的赌博方案
- 多级营销和传销
- 凝血成分或产品
- 不科学和迷信的内容或产品
- 被禁止的医疗产品（根据《日本药事法》）
- 违反公共秩序或道德的内容或产品
- 代购（转递）
- 外币转账
- 贷款
- 约会网站
- 电子烟（蒸汽）、给水管（水烟、水烟袋）等
- 算命

我们的金融合作伙伴和连锁便利店可以自行酌情拒绝任何类别的企业。
