## Stripe Partner and Premier Partner requirements

#### Stripe Partner

Maintain a minimum of two certified individuals [1].

[1] Two professional architect/developer certifications OR one associate architect/developer certification and one professional architect/developer certification

#### Premier Partner

Premier is a tier for top-performing partners with a proven record of delivery and deeper commitment to Stripe.

Premier Partner tier requires Partner Development Manager (PDM) nomination. In addition to having specializations, your PDM evaluates your Stripe engagement, implementation maturity, customer reliability and success to determine readiness for this selective tier.

## Earn a specialization 

Earn a specialization to become a Stripe-recommended partner. Specializations recognize your proven activations, customer references, technical certifications, and validated expertise. When you earn a specialization, you demonstrate advanced proficiency across specific products, industries, and solutions.

To earn a specialization, you must meet the following requirements:

- Hold multiple professional certifications across architect and developer roles.
- Show a record of successful Stripe implementations.
- Provide validated customer references that confirm implementation quality and business impact.
- Pass Stripe’s capabilities assessment with a demonstrated implementation example.

Specializations require nomination from a Partner Development Manager (PDM). Your PDM evaluates your expertise, implementation quality, and customer success to determine whether you’re ready for this designation.
