# View payments Learn how to enable payment details and refund or dispute capabilities for direct or destination on behalf of charges. When you enable the `View payments` feature in the Express Dashboard, a payments tab displays a payments list that shows different information and supports different features based on charge types: For *direct charges and destination charges with the on\_behalf\_of attributes*, your connected accounts can view the complete set of payment information in the payments list, including: - Payment method details - Processing and platform fees - Customer information - Refunds and disputes history If you enable `Issue refunds` and `Manage disputes`, your connected accounts can also manage refunds and disputes directly in their payments list. For *destination charges (without the ‘on\_behalf\_of parameter’) and separate charges and transfers*, your connected accounts can only see the transfer amount associated with the selected charge, which contains limited information. They can’t view any additional payment details, and can’t perform refunds and disputes. Note: The following is a preview/demo component that behaves differently than live mode usage with real connected accounts. The actual component has more functionality than what might appear in this demo component. For example, for connected accounts without Stripe dashboard access (custom accounts), no user authentication is required in production.
