Learn about the Connect accounts page and how to filter the connected accounts list view.

The Connect accounts page displays a list of your connected accounts. The All accounts tab includes all of your accounts, while the other tabs each include accounts that have a particular status. Each tab selector displays the total number of accounts with that status. You can further refine the current list by applying filters, and can sort it by clicking any column heading that has a sort icon ().

You can add or remove columns from the current tab by clicking Edit columns. A tab’s column selections persist if you return after selecting another tab or navigating away from the page.

If you use Organisations, the list includes accounts connected to all of your platforms, and you can filter it by platform. However, you can only create a connected account at the platform level, not within the organisation.

Status tabs and workflows

The interactive table below describes each tab and its default columns.

This tab is displayed by default, and provides a view of all your connected accounts.

Column	Description
Account	The name of the account.
Account status	The account status.
Country	The account’s country.
Connected on	The date on which the account first connected to your platform.
Payment balance (currency)	The total of the account’s pending and available Stripe balances, converted to your platform’s default currency.
Volume (currency)	The total gross volume on the account, converted to your platform’s default currency. This value only appears for connected accounts that your platform controls.
