Review compliance information and take action on requirement updates
Identify and take action on connected accounts that are restricted or will be soon.
The Connect compliance page displays information about your connected accounts that are restricted or will be restricted soon.

The Connect compliance page has three sections:
Requirement updates
Payment regulations help prevent crimes such as money laundering, fraud, and tax evasion. Financial regulators around the world enforce Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements to make sure that Stripe collects, verifies, and maintains identity information from certain types of businesses and from individuals who ultimately own, control, or direct them. These requirements are frequently updated by financial service regulators, card networks, and other financial institutions.
For each upcoming requirement update that affects your connected accounts, this section displays a link to a page with detailed information about the changes. We add new information as soon as it becomes available, which might include:
- An explanation of what’s changing
- A timeline with high-level milestones
- Which connected accounts require additional information
- Links to resources such as an integration guide
