# Adds the Outbound Payments, Payout Intents, and Recipient Verifications APIs for programmatic outbound flows

## What’s new

Adds Payout Intents, Outbound Payments, and Recipient Verifications to the Money Management resource group in API v2:

- [Payout Intents](https://docs.stripe.com/api/v2/money-management/payout-intents.md?api-version=2026-10-28.endive): Express an intent to send funds from a financial account to a payout method. Payout intents let you preview estimated fees and FX rates, schedule payouts, and require confirmation before funds move.
- [Outbound Payments](https://docs.stripe.com/api/v2/money-management/outbound-payments.md?api-version=2026-10-28.endive): Send money from a financial account you own to another party’s payout method, and track the payment throughout its lifecycle.
- [Recipient Verifications](https://docs.stripe.com/api/v2/money-management/recipient-verifications.md?api-version=2026-10-28.endive): Verify a recipient’s details before you send them funds. Recipient verification supports Confirmation of Payee (CoP) for UK domestic payouts and Verification of Payee (VoP) for intra-EU payouts.

Supported payment rails include ACH, Fedwire, FPS, SEPA, SWIFT, and RTP.

## Impact

You can now initiate and manage outbound payments programmatically. Use the Payout Intents API to manage multi-step payout flows, including FX quotes and recipient verification. Use the Outbound Payments API to track each payment’s lifecycle and receive status updates through webhooks.
