# Adds a Treasury Transaction property to the Money Management Transaction update events

## What’s new

Adds an optional [treasury_transaction](https://docs.stripe.com/api/v2/money-management/transactions/object.md?api-version=2026-09-30.preview) property to the `data` payload of the [v2.money_management.transaction.updated](https://docs.stripe.com/api/v2/core/events/event-types.md?api-version=2026-09-30.preview#v2_event_types-v2.money_management.transaction.updated) event. When present, this property contains the ID of the corresponding [Treasury Transaction](https://docs.stripe.com/api/treasury/transactions/object.md?api-version=2026-09-30.preview), enabling you to correlate updates to a Money Management Transaction with its Treasury counterpart.

## Impact

If your integration listens to `v2.money_management.transaction.updated` events and uses [Treasury](https://docs.stripe.com/treasury.md), you can use the new `treasury_transaction` property to map a Money Management Transaction update directly to a Treasury Transaction for reconciliation without making an additional API call.
