# Adds support for received credits sent via the Real-Time Payments network

## What’s new

Adds support for received credits sent over The Clearing House’s [Real-Time Payments network](https://www.theclearinghouse.org/payment-systems/rtp). When funds arrive in a [Treasury](https://docs.stripe.com/treasury.md) financial account over the RTP network, the resulting [ReceivedCredit](https://docs.stripe.com/api/treasury/received_credits/object.md?api-version=2026-09-30.endive) has a [network](https://docs.stripe.com/api/treasury/received_credits/object.md?api-version=2026-09-30.endive) value of `rtp`.

+The [supported_networks](https://docs.stripe.com/api/treasury/financial_accounts/object.md?api-version=2026-09-30.endive) property of an ABA financial address includes `rtp` where available. You can simulate RTP received credits in test mode by passing `network: "rtp"` to the [test helper](https://docs.stripe.com/api/treasury/received_credits/test_mode_create.md?api-version=2026-09-30.endive).

RTP transfers settle within seconds, are available around the clock, and are irrevocable. Credit reversals for RTP received credits are blocked, with [reversal_details.restricted_reason](https://docs.stripe.com/api/treasury/received_credits/object.md?api-version=2026-09-30.endive#received_credit_object-reversal_details-restricted_reason) set to `network_restricted`.

## Impact

Treasury financial accounts can now receive funds over The Clearing House’s RTP network. You can identify these incoming transfers by the `rtp` network value in the API.

If your integration reads the `network` property on Treasury Received Credits or the `supported_networks` property on Financial Account financial addresses, it can now encounter the `rtp` value. These properties are [open enums](https://docs.stripe.com/api/enums.md?api-version=2026-09-30.endive), so no changes are required if your code already handles unknown enum values gracefully. If your code uses strict enum matching, update it to handle `rtp`.
