# Adds Link wallet details to Payment Records for card payments ## What’s new Adds a [link](https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment-record/object.md?api-version=2026-09-30.endive#payment_record_object-payment_method_details-card-wallet-link) object to [wallet](https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment-record/object.md?api-version=2026-09-30.endive#payment_record_object-payment_method_details-card-wallet) in [payment_method_details](https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment-record/object.md?api-version=2026-09-30.endive#payment_record_object-payment_method_details) on [Payment Record](https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment-record/object.md?api-version=2026-09-30.endive) and [Payment Attempt Record](https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment-attempt-record/object.md?api-version=2026-09-30.endive) resources. Its [funding_source_group](https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment-record/object.md?api-version=2026-09-30.endive#payment_record_object-payment_method_details-card-wallet-link-funding_source_group) property identifies the [funding source group](https://docs.stripe.com/payments/link/link-payment-methods.md) applied to a [Link](https://docs.stripe.com/payments/link.md) card payment at confirmation. Previously, [wallet.type](https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment-record/object.md?api-version=2026-09-30.endive#payment_record_object-payment_method_details-card-wallet-type) supported `apple_pay` and `google_pay`. It now also supports `link`. This mirrors [payment_method_details.card.wallet.link.funding_source_group](https://docs.stripe.com/api/charges/object.md?api-version=2026-09-30.endive#charge_object-payment_method_details-card-wallet-link-funding_source_group) on [Charge](https://docs.stripe.com/api/charges/object.md?api-version=2026-09-30.endive) objects. The funding source group is an opaque, immutable identifier that we resolve when the payment is confirmed. ## Impact If your integration reads wallet details from Payment Records or Payment Attempt Records, [Link card payments](https://docs.stripe.com/payments/link/link-payment-methods.md) include a `link` wallet type with an optional `funding_source_group` property.
