Adds event type for updates on a line of credit when using Capital for PlatformsPublic preview

What’s new

Introduces the capital.financing_summary.line_of_credit_update event type for platforms using Capital for Platforms. This event occurs whenever we update line of credit terms for a connected account, and we can deliver them to Event Destinations (for example, as a webhook event).

When this event occurs, the associated Financing Summary includes the updated terms and conditions for the connected account’s line of credit. This enables platforms to stay informed about changes to their connected accounts’ financing arrangements and update their systems accordingly.

Impact

You can now receive automatic notifications when line of credit terms change for your connected accounts. This helps you maintain up-to-date information about your connected accounts’ financing status without needing to poll the API.
