Changes currency mapping for Bulgaria from BGN to EUR

This change removes BGN as a supported currency option in terminal tipping configurations. The update also modifies currency mappings in the Dashboard and various API specifications to reflect Bulgaria’s transition to the Euro.
Impact
This change only affects Terminal integrations. If your Terminal tipping configuration specifies BGN for Bulgarian transactions, update it to use EUR, as this update aligns Stripe’s currency handling with Bulgaria’s official currency adoption.
