Balance Settings now include a minimum_balance_by_currency parameter under payments.payouts. This allows platforms to retain per-currency amounts (in the minor currency unit) on connected accounts during automatic payouts.
Impact
The minimum_ parameter allows platforms to programmatically retain a per-currency buffer on connected accounts during automatic payouts.
