Adds per-currency minimum balances for automatic payouts on the Balance Settings APIPublic preview

What’s new

Balance Settings now include a minimum_balance_by_currency parameter under payments.payouts. This allows platforms to retain per-currency amounts (in the minor currency unit) on connected accounts during automatic payouts.

Impact

The minimum_balance_by_currency parameter allows platforms to programmatically retain a per-currency buffer on connected accounts during automatic payouts. This can help reduce the likelihood of negative balances resulting from refunds, disputes, or fees that occur after a payout. Learn more about the minimum balances for automatic payouts.
