Adds support for configuring branding settings for Checkout Sessions

Adds the branding_settings parameter to Checkout Sessions.
Impact
You can now apply custom branding to a Checkout Session by using the branding_settings parameter to:
- Set a logo or icon
- Customize the Checkout page’s background color, button color, font, and shapes
- Change your brand name
You can use this parameter to override the business’s branding settings for a Checkout Session.
