Adds support for collecting business and individual names in Checkout Sessions

Adds the name_collection parameter to Checkout Sessions. With this parameter, you can collect business names and full individual names as optional or required fields during checkout.
Impact
You can now collect business and individual names from customers during a Checkout Session. You can specify whether you want to collect a customer’s full name, business name, or both. You can also mark the name fields as optional or required.
