# Stripe Treasury offer for Atlas users

Earn up to $1,500 in rewards for Atlas-incorporated C-Corps and $1,000 for Atlas-incorporated LLCs when you spend $10K on your Stripe card within your first 90 days.

1. Eligibility. Users that incorporate via Atlas can qualify for this offer.

1. Earning Rewards. This offer is available to users that open a financial account on Stripe on or after April 13, 2026 and before June 1, 2026. Eligible Atlas C-Corp Users earn $1,500 USD, or USD-backed stablecoins, when they spend $10,000 on their Stripe card within the first 90 days of opening a financial account on Stripe. Eligible Atlas LLC Users earn USD $1,000, or USD-backed stablecoins, when they spend $10,000 on their Stripe card within the first 90 days of opening a financial account on Stripe.

1. Ineligible Transactions. Not all purchases made with User’s Stripe card qualify for this offer. Stripe card usage for fees or payments related to your Stripe card or financial account, including but not limited to, applicable annual fees, late fees, or other charges assessed on your card account or financial account do not count toward the spend threshold for this offer. Furthermore, to the extent such transaction types are available via your Stripe card, the following categories of transactions do not count toward the spend threshold for this offer: cash-like transactions (including, but not limited to, ATM transactions, money orders, or funding transactions); transactions involving precious goods (including, but not limited to, gemstones, watches, and jewelry) or high-risk resale transactions (including, but not limited to, stamp and coin store transactions); transactions made at merchants with gambling or gaming merchant category codes; and government payment transactions.

1. Automatic Payout and Distribution. Funds are deposited into your financial account 30 days after the spend threshold is met, subject to the terms of this offer. This payout will appear as an electronic deposit. Each User must have both a card account and a financial account open and in good standing at the time of each eligible card transaction and on the reward date.

1. Adjustments and Negative Balances. Any returns, credits, or chargebacks related to otherwise eligible card transactions will result in a reduction to the card spend eligible for the spend threshold.

1. Forfeiture, Misuse, and Termination. This offer has no cash or monetary value and does not constitute User’s property until the reward funds are distributed to User’s financial account on the reward date. Without limiting Stripe’s other rights or remedies under any other agreement between User and Stripe, Stripe reserves the right to disqualify User from this offer if Stripe determines, in Stripe’s sole discretion, that User has engaged in misuse, abuse, fraud, or “gaming” of the Stripe services, which includes purchasing and returning items solely to meet the spend threshold, or is using cards for an impermissible purpose under the Stripe Issuing - Accountholder (United States) Terms or the Issuing Bank Terms.

1. Program Modifications and Notices. Stripe reserves the right to alter, change, or terminate this offer at any time and for any reason. User is solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable tax liability related to the receipt of the reward.
