# Stripe Treasury refund offer for Atlas users

Earn a full refund of your Atlas fee when you deposit 5,000 USD into your Stripe Treasury bank account within 90 days of incorporating and maintain a balance of at least 5,000 USD for 30 days.

1. Eligibility. Users that incorporate through Atlas can qualify for this offer.

2. Earning Rewards. This offer is available to users that open a financial account on Stripe on or after April 13, 2026. Eligible Atlas users will receive a full refund of their incorporation fee up to 500 USD, or USD-backed stablecoins, when they deposit at least 5,000 USD in aggregate into their financial account within 90 days of incorporating and maintain a minimum balance of that amount for at least 30 days.

3. Payout and Distribution. Reward funds are deposited into your financial account 30 days after you meet the deposit-reward requirements, subject to the terms of this offer. This payout appears as an electronic deposit. Each user must have a financial account open and be in good standing when they meet the deposit-reward requirements and on the reward date.

4. Forfeiture, Misuse and Termination. This offer has no cash or monetary value and doesn’t constitute the user’s property until the reward funds are distributed to their financial account on the reward date. Without limiting any other rights or remedies available to Stripe under any other agreement between the user and Stripe, Stripe reserves the right to disqualify the user from this offer if Stripe determines, in its sole discretion, that the user has engaged in misuse, abuse, fraud or “gaming” of the Stripe services.

5. Program Modifications and Notices. Stripe reserves the right to alter, change or end this offer at any time and for any reason. User is solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable tax liability related to the receipt of the reward.
