# Deactivate a feedback option

Deactivates a feedback option. Deactivated feedback options cannot be used in portal configurations.

## Parameters

- `id` (string, required)
  The ID of the feedback option to deactivate.

## Returns

Returns the feedback option object with a `status` of `inactive`. Deactivated feedback options can’t be added to portal configurations.
